Hello, Looked at the FAQ and previous threads. 
Admin is not getting New Ticket Notifications. 
Took screen shot of slightly weird email settings screen. Some items formatted odd.
Is there a setting I am missing?

Admin does not receive email notifications, the ticket issuer receive mail, but not the admin
