Cannot get attachments to upload was created by shawn ellis

I cannot get any attachments to upload. No matter what extensions I put in the configuration it states "error file ext mismatch"

Hi,
You can try to add file extension in upper and lower case e.g PNG, png and see if that resolves your problem.
