Free Version - Not possible to edit/reply to a ticket in the user front-end page

I just wanted to let you know that there might be a problem with the free version of JS Support ticket for Joomla, in the front-end.
When clicking onto the Dashboard, or in the setion "My tickets", under the circles that show the various steps of a ticket, there is also a table which lists the actual tickets, with some fields like
Subject Priority Ticket ID Answered Status Created

all the buttons that I usually see in the back-end, under that line, where you can click on Ticket Detail,  Edit, Delete, Force Delete, are missing.

The layout of the information in the table as well, is all shifted and out of place.

Would it be possible to take a look, please?
