Can't Activate JsJobs Pro was created by MindKandi

I'm working on a site for kids and college students. Installed was successful but wont activate. I asked client for info and she doesn't have it
please help us to activate. I put in support ticket but idk my complete message posted.. Ticket ID :TBJb8xHQfmY

What is your JS Jobs version?
Please use JS Jobs latest version?
