Is it possible to have users assigned to a specific user groups be automatically given a package?

Such as using RS Membership, they purchase a job seeker package and are added the the jobseeker group. Can they automatically be given a job seeker package.

Or an employer uses RS Membership to purchase employer access and are assigned to the employer user group. Can they be automatically assigned the employer package.
