Grey DIV hide the ticket content

Grey DIV hide the ticket content was created by will
On backend I see a grey screen that hide the content written by the user.
What could be and how to fix this issue?

CSS fix:
.ui-state-active, .ui-widget-content .ui-state-active, .ui-widget-header .ui-state-active {background:none}
.ui-widget-header {background:none}

If your version is 2.1.3 then please update to 2.1.4
