Hello,

In the free version for WP is it possible to remove the "My Tickets" option from the main page? Or to set My Tickets to search my ticket ID rather than logging in?

I want to enable visitors to submit and (possibly check on tickets) without creating an account on my site.

You can check configurations.
Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configuraitons
