Guys,I have been mailing and creating ticket but no replies.This is absurd.I installed the plugin in localhost and upgraded then staff ticket creation was giving error.SO installed in live site.Same issue and things are messed up.Created several support tickets with no reply.
I regret purchasing the pro version now.Pretty much nothing works.Moreover received a pro zip file which is even less in size than the free one.Not sure if need to overwrite everything with this one.
I deactivated the plugin then reactivated but it's still holding the old data.Tried to reactvate pro and now getting error.
Please help.

One more thing.I had deleted default roles and departments etc which might be causing the issue(in that case I must say it is buggy).So which is why tried to make a fresh install but that too is not working.
