my Wordpress admin email has changed. I cannot change the default system email in the ticket system. It still shows the original email address with no other options to select. Also cannot change the department email address. Same issue

Hi,

Admin can change system emails at any time.
Admin > JS Support Ticket > System Email > click on edit icon in next of email address.
