403 Forbidden when create a ticket from the component backend

When trying to create a ticket from the component backend on behalf of a user, i get "403 Forbidden, Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

I'm currently using the Free Version. Is this a limitation of the free version?

I just installed the pro version and am having this same issue both on the front and back end. Sometimes I can get one ticket through but after that it just keeps giving me the 403 error. Any suggestions?
