Unable to respond to ticket

I'm trying to respond to a ticket in the admin area and get the following message: "Some values are not acceptable please retry".

I've scrolled up and down but cannot see any field marked in red or that I can change to make the input acceptable.

The system worked fine while it was free, now I have paid I get locked out at random intervals and cannot respond to any ticket.

Most probably editor make problem.
Check issue summary field.
