Ticket via email doesn't work

Hi,

I enable and configure Ticket via email with success. I had confirmation message that extension is well connected to my imap server.

I made a test and my ticket is not updated.

I check my cron which seems fine.

So I typed in browser url mywebsite.com/index.php?option=com_jssup...mail&task=readEmails in order to do by hand the reading mail process.
I clean cache and I don't see my answer by mail on the ticket: not in frontend, not in backend.

IS someone already had this issue?

Hi,

To test ticket via email feature.

Open ticket via email page, enter settings and press 'Check settings' button.
After settings ok, same them and click again 'Check settings' button.

Send email to reading email address.
Wait for 5 minutes
Copy the cron job url and paste into browser.

Now system should open a ticket from email.

Remember: system create a ticket only on unread emails. If you or other client read email, system will not create ticket on it.

Hello
have bought JS Support PRO for WP and have same Problem with ticket via mail.
i can use gmail, hotmail or own mailserver - i always get the message IMAP is not installied on your server.

gmail and hotmail i dont know, but on my own server there is definitly an IMAP Server.
Version is the last from download.

Hi,

IMAP php library is not install or activate on your web server.
Ask your hosting company to install/activate it.
