JS Ticket Pro Joomla no send email

Configured and tested sending joomla email,
I set up the department, help topic and when ousuário creates the ticket does not send to the responsible department, so sends it to the user who created the ticket.
how do I fix

Hi,

System is not send email to department email.

Department email address use as a sender email address to user.

On new ticket, system send email to

- user

- admin (configurable)

- staff member (on base of department assign in permissions)

Is WP PRO version system not sending email to department email also?!

Hi,

Make sure you select send email in
Admin > JS Support Ticket > Departments > edit
