I can't go from Free to Pro

I bought a code to go Pro, but when I try to use it on my current Free installation I get this error:

"Your current transactionkey cannot use for this domain. Your do not have left allowed sites."

And when I try to open a Ticket on www.joomsky.com I just can't log in. The "I forgot my pass" tool does not works, even I've tried creating a new account, but even that takes me nowhere.

Any help?

I just can't believe that nobody reply it.

I can't login into the website to create a Ticket.

In ticket system, you will get reply within 24 hours.
