No Mail Response by Ticket Via Mail

Hello,I would like to use the function Tickets via Mail.
If I send a ticket by mail, the administrator gets the notification that a ticket has been received but the sender is not.
For the e-mail address of the sender, the first and last letter of the e-mail address is additionally cut off. Example: E-Mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. becomes This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please tell me how to fix the problem.

Hi,
the way ticket via email works is admin configures email address for ticket
via email and all the new emails on that email address create a ticket
in JS Support Ticket. when ever a new ticket is created in the system by
a resisted user or ticket via email only the admin and staff members
get notifies for that ticket.Hope this answers your question.
