Cannot login to main Joomsky site, to maintain my product and renewal?!!!

I had sent the following to your Facebook page, in a message but this has STILL not been answered (I sent this 29/09/19)!

"I'm a Joomsky subscriber, with JS Ticket Pro and I can no longer access my Joomsky account, which I needed to do to ask a new support request and maintain my account, with renewal now needed too. When I login with my user credentials on the Joomsky website, it tells me the following;

Warning: Unable to connect to authentication service. 

I have changed the password, shortened the password but it still makes no difference, I get the change password emails, so it isn't that I don't have a registered Joomsky account, as I clearly do. Can you resolve this by contacting me for once, please!!!
